Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through AGuyandAGolden LLC and was last updated on June 3, 2025.


1. Shipping & Delivery Options

Domestic Shipping:

  • Standard: 5–8 business days


2. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.

Presale Orders:
If an item is marked as a presale, estimated shipping and handling times will be noted on the product page. These estimates may change and are not guaranteed.


3. Order Cancellations

Once an order is placed, it begins processing immediately and cannot be canceled.

4. Exchanges Only – No Returns

We do not accept returns.
We offer a one-time exchange within 15 calendar days of your original purchase. Items must be in original condition.
Customers are responsible for return shipping.

5. Delayed Orders

If order processing is delayed on our end, we’ll notify you and you may cancel for a full refund.

Carrier delays are out of our control. For in-transit packages, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.


6. Damaged or Lost Packages

Once a package is handed off to the shipping carrier, AGuyandAGolden LLC is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
If your item arrives damaged, contact us and we’ll help you file a claim with the carrier.


7. Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

  • Some products may have U.S. shipping restrictions based on carrier or packaging limitations.
