Return & Exchange Policy

Returns & Exchanges
At Teddy’s Tennies, we know dogs need time, patience, and a little practice to get used to wearing shoes — just like Teddy did! For that reason, we do not accept returns for refunds.

However, if the size isn’t quite right, we offer a one-time size exchange within 15 days of delivery.

Here’s how it works:

-Shoes must be clean, and in original packaging if possible

-The customer is responsible for shipping the original pair back to us

-Once received and inspected, we’ll issue you store credit + $5 to order a new pair and help cover a portion of shipping towards your new pair.

-You can then use that credit to reorder the correct size

To request an exchange, email us at help@aguyandagolden.com with your order number and a quick note.

Please Note for Canadian Customers:
Orders shipped to Canada may be subject to import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees upon delivery. These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the recipient.
We do not have control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. For more information, please contact your local customs office.

 

Please Note for International Customers:

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, tariffs, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer.

We do not control these fees and cannot predict their amount, as they are determined by local customs authorities. Any applicable charges must be paid in order for your package to be delivered. 


Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 5 days of delivery. We’ll make it right ASAP.


Final Sale Items
Gift cards, sale items, and limited-edition drops are final sale and not eligible for exchange or credit.
